Point Reserve Association about multi-tiered carpark discussed.
Draft plans of boat
parking circulated. 140 boat places with room to extend. Plans are that this
will be built in 2 stages.
Some members of the
committee expressed concern about boats in high winds.
Concerns regarding
lack of amenities in the offshore community for tourists. Committee would
like ferry toilets to be available to those doing ferry tours and would like
tourists informed about lack of amenities in offshore destinations.
IPART hearing to
make recommendations to state government on setting jetty taxes to take place

|
Commuter wharf etiquette. Set of procedures to be used by those using
the commuter/boat parking developed by WPCA and SIRA.
An approach to Pittwater
Council to print as leaflets to go out when commuter boat stickers are
purchased to be made by WPCA/SIRA.
Move to name beach adjacent to Hall’s wharf Espa’s beach after Hall’s
daughter.
