The meeting opened at 5.15pm.

New Business

Ø      Road Kill letter sent

Ø      Pasadena changes – Ian Souter, Paul Purvis and Greg Roberts had good hearing at Land & Environment court.

Ø      Discuss Corum. Do we need half the committee, or more than half or a certain number?

Ø      Put mission statement on website – Voted on and accepted ACTION Margie

Ø      WPCA & WPRFS to get request Public Wharf for access to fire shed. ACTION Bob

Ø      Commuter Wharves – M Weiner spoke to Les Munns and he has indicated that he would appreciate input into wharf design if provided. ACTION Karen

Ø      Halls Wharf – Meeting needed to find out when Halls wharf will be shut and how we will access the YHA and Morning Bay. ACTION Michael and Penny

Ø      LW&C Portfolio meeting- Find dates and find delegate! ACTION Penny

Ø      Invite Brian from Australia Post to next dinner. ACTION Penny
