Pittwater 2020 Lesley & Alan reported to WPCA regarding the Vision.

·        Pittwater 2020 has been published. Everyone should have a copy

·        We are a “village” of Pittwater

·        Discussion regarding our view

·        All communities sustainable

·        We support the idea of becoming a pilot community for sustainability.

·        SIRA &WPCA creating own Vision – may help as a “rule” book for new people.

Lesley & Alan to continue to keep the committee in the loop by liaising with the secretary. Martin to be asked to put the 2020 Pittwater Vision on our website.

Church Point Plan of Management was discussed. Special meeting to be held. All to be encouraged to make submissions. B Mahler Mills to send out POM with a request to write a submission and/or  to respond to WPCA.

State of Roads was discussed. After many emails we need to make it clear what the siutaion is from the community more than from the WPCA or WPRFB.

Tejinders letter was thought to be excellent but would be redrafted to include that

1.    Recently there had been some irresponsible use of vehicles.

2.    the roads should not be used in wet weather or after rain

3.    Site DCP

Solar Panels It was felt that depending on how much money was raised in the Gourmet Lunch – We may not need to donate the full $450.

Car Share  Is hoped to start Mid August (19th). There is a $500 joining fee and further details can be found on www.goget.com A big thank you to Caroline Alan et all.

New Business

New sheds are to be built on the wharfs. There is concern that it may block access to some peoples boats. KL to write letter to Les Munns, Mark Ferguson, Glen Avery and Mark Erikson. We would like plans and to be part of the process- we also believe that a public meeting may be appropriate.

Next Meeting

The next meeting will discussed at the Special meeting to be held ASAP.

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 5.20 pm
