The meeting opened at 3.00pm.

The record of the meeting of 8 Decemeber 2007 was accepted (proposer: K Lambert, seconder: M Vaughn).

These where not accepted and some changes are required.

5.      Fund Raiser for Solar Panels – MM meeting Friday 9- May.

6.      Pittwater 2020 – Lesley to be asked to report to WPCA every meeting or second meeting

1 Follow up letter to be sent to Rob Stockes         PG

2.Tanya to be asked to soften the ABC letter rather than create new letter TG

1) Door knocking to raise subscription to be undertaken by members of the committee after list of Paid up members to be provided – BA

2) Light at Elvina North to be fixed – PG

 

Next Meeting

The next meeting will be held on Saturday 21st June 2008 at the Morris Residence Lovett Bay.
